Abstract: This study aims to describe teacher competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence in elementary school teachers in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The number of informants used in this study were 5 elementary school teachers in Central Lombok district. The data were collected in this study by structured interviews with informants. The results of this study indicate that teachers have 4 competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence.
