This is my COR300 Poster Symposium submission. This poster explores the lesson that I conducted as a student facilitator in my COR101 section. I taught about stress management and self-care. During my lesson, I taught about stress management techniques and the various methods of self-care. We learned about the mind, body, and soul and how their are different ways to nurture each area of the self.
