The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the North Sumatra Representative Office of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia. In this study, quantitative research, as well as primary and secondary data, were used. Primary data was collected at the North Sumatra Audit Board Office through interview surveys and questionnaires. Data can be collected by sending questionnaires to 45 employees. This sampling technique is used to collect samples for analysis, such as linear regression, t test, te F, and determining coefficient (R2).
