The development of breast cancer is a complex process that involves theparticipation of different factors. Several authors have demonstrated the overexpressionof muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChRs) in different tumortissues and their role in the modulation of tumor biology, positioning them astherapeutic targets in cancer.
