The changes in supply chain of Navelbine during the pandemic

With the blast of the pandemic, more and more people are concerned about the healthcare system. This means countries governments are putting more resources into their healthcare system. This towards attention for healthcare logistics, following by the attention for medical company. Author finds that this subjects has a lot to re-searched and studied from. By choosing to study about the healthcare logistics changes of a medical company, the author hope that the result of this thesis can help other companies which are still struggling to adapt to the pandemic. Pierre Fabre was chosen as the case company due to its action towards the community: giving all of its annual profits as donation for charity organizations. In this thesis, the author will provide information about logistics in general, healthcare logistics in specific. By doing research, the author is able to show readers the differ-ences between logistic and healthcare logistic as well as the similarities. The following part after the theories is analysing as well as introducing the case company and case product. The following part will answer the main research question. The last part is conclusion and summary
