The objective of the thesis was to find out what wellbeing services Eezy Oyj’s corporate customers were using and would need in the future since the commissioning party is expanding their service offering to provide wellbeing services in the future. The goal was to provide meaningful information of the customer needs to the commissioning party that they could utilize when launching new services. The research utilized qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods such as interviews were used to form a comprehensive understanding of Eezy Oyj’s customers’ usage and future needs of wellbeing services.
