This product-base thesis has been planned for a fast-growing B2B company based in Finland that manufactures and designs DC fast charging solutions for electric vehicles. The primary objective of this project was to develop a communication plan to enhance the ongoing business partnership with Italian stakeholders. The author has been working at the Case Company for seven months. During this time, it has been observed that communication between the company and its partners could be improved. It was decided to focus exclusively on Italian business partners due to two factors: the author's Italian heritage and the complexity of focusing on all partners.
