When we find ourselves in judgment of others, this is actually an expression of fear. If we can learn to spot this and practice facing our fears, our capacity for passionate self-expression and fulfilling contribution to community are freed, and we gain access to the power and potential within us. This approach shows us a way forward. While many of us have a sense of urgency, we don\u27t feel we know what to do to create the changes we want to see in the world. If we can individually face our fears, we will be able to collectively work to redesign our institutions based on principles of care and thriving.
