In this paper, the authors propose a fixed-point multimode assignment model in which the costs of the transit mode depend on the costs of the private car mode (buses on shared line). It is showed that it is necessary to assume specific cost functions (for the transit mode) and specific path choice and modal choice models in order to verify the above-mentioned assumptions. So it is showed that the fixed-point model can be divided into two sub-problems: a private car fixed-point problem and a public transit load network problem
