Edukasi Safety Riding Pada Pengendara Ojek Pangkalan

In recent years, motorcyclists have experienced an increase in road traffic accidents. Factors causing accidents include human factors, infrastructure, and the environment. One of the efforts to reduce the accident rate is by increasing the knowledge of the riders which in turn can improve orderly traffic behavior. Still found base motorcycle taxi drivers who are not orderly in traffic. The high potential and number of motorcycle accidents, especially at base motorcycle taxis, requires prevention by implementing safety riding awareness. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of base motorcycle taxis about safety riding. Mitra is a base motorcycle taxi at Pasar Minggu Station. The method used is education about safety riding. Education discusses the number of vehicle accidents, the impact, the importance of safety riding and the obligation of riders to ensure passengers feel safe and comfortable. Traditional taxi bike riders are quite enthusiastic about the material presented and there is an increase in knowledge from 67% to 81%.
