Exact solutions in Brans-Dicke matter cosmologies

We investigate Brans-Dicke cosmology with perfect-fluid matter and give a method to select exact solutions parametrized by the constant gamma of the state equation p=(gamma-1)rho and the parameter xi of the nonminimal coupling in which the Brans-Dicke theory can be recast. In this sense, we can classify the solutions having and not having inflationary behaviour in presence of ordinary matter
