The card is printed on linen style paper. A note on the back says "Our trip, 1934-1937," but the code on the front of the card dates it to 1942. The view shows the red brick hospital building of two-stories on raised basement, but most of the building is obscured by tree branches. Two people are sitting on a bench in front of the left portion of the building. Printed in the white border below the image is the title, "Kahn Memorial Hospital, Marshall, Texas," and the code "2B482-N."
