Introduction: Measuring clients’ satisfaction is important for improving healthcare services, and providing feedback on the quality, availability, and responsiveness of healthcare services. Objective: To determine the level of maternal satisfaction with BEmONC services and associated factors among mothers visiting public health facilities in Gedeo zone, Southern, Ethiopia 2020. Methods: Institution-based cross-sectional study was conducted among 413 mothers selected via a systematic random sampling technique.
