Perovskite solar cells are hot topic among researchers due to its rapid growth in decades beginning from 3% to 25.5% nowadays, which are promising candidates for green energy application. Their various types are being investigated, my research based on all-inorganic Cs based PSC optimization of performance for practical applications. The goal of my thesis is to research Cs based perovskite and optimize each layer of all-inorganic device in order to get high PCE, less hysteresis and degradation time. The first step of the strategy is to reach suitable low temperature for fabrication by depositing Cs based perovskite in glass and studying its properties.
