The objective of this report is to analyze a process of the phosphoric acid production using phosphoric ore as raw material. There are different strategies to approach the production of the phosphoric acid. Therefore, to assess the feasibility of the proposed processes, literature review of the existing patents on acid production and economy analysis was made. Then, based on the qualitative analysis, one process was selected and detailed information on the pure thermodynamics properties of the compounds involved in the process, the kinetics of the main reactions and mass transfer, thermodynamics of the process, health and safety etc. were provided
