Habilidades informacionales y herramientas para la publicación académica: experiencia de integración del bibliotecario en el perfeccionamiento docente

is article exposes an experience of developing a course on information skills and tools for academic publishing for universityteachers, based on the new roles that librarians have assumed, especially in the concept of integrated librarian, in terms ofinformation literacy and the diversification of support services for research and publication. is course is part of the TeachingImprovement Plan and is characterized by being a practice of integration of the university library to the teaching-learning processes,also linking it as an advisor in academic publishing. Likewise, the collaboration between librarians with academic units linked toinnovation and educational technologies is described. Finally, the technological tools used for the construction of the course aredescribed and the result of this experience is evidenced, together with the future challenges and opportunities that arise as a resultof the library integration in the training processes
