The study was conducted at Jebba Lake bordered by Kwara and Niger States. The study explored the possible relationships between selected factors like extension contact, level of education, income, awareness, age, household size, experience, cosmopoliteness as independent variables and adoption as dependent variable. Data were collected randomly from 120 respondents in 14 fishing communities using structured questionnaires with interviews and observations as checks for triangulatioh. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple correlation.
