The main objective of this research is to propose theoretical and methodological guidelines through training workshops that contribute to strengthening the teacher's attitudinal profile for ICT appropriation in the IED Paulino Salgado "Batata" and the IED Evaristo Sourdis in the city of Barranquilla. Starting from the initial diagnosis regarding the use and appropriation of ICT in classroom practices, in two official institutions located in the southwest of Barranquilla, it is made known that the difficulties encountered in some teachers are evidenced in the basic management of these tools whose use is reduced to the mere transmission of digital content, readings and transcriptions.
