L’accident vasculaire cérébral ischémique est une maladie grave pour laquelle les ressources thérapeutiques sont limitées. La sonothrombolyse avec microbulles (STL) apparaît comme une alternative. L’objectif de cette thèse était d’étudier l’interaction entre la STL et le caillot sanguin, afin d’en comprendre les mécanismes et d’optimiser son utilisation.Une revue systématique de la littérature sur les expériences in-vivo a été effectuée, montrant que, s’il existe un effet thrombolytique avéré, les données sur l’innocuité de ce traitement sont limitées.
