Le froissement des textiles pour habillement est un état de surface visuellement indésirable. Les vêtements à base de fibres cellulosiques sont les plus sujets au phénomène de froissement que le reste des étoffes et ce malgré leurs excellentes caractéristiques au porté tels que le confort, la douceur, la respirabilité etc. Le travail de notre thèse s’inscrit dans une perspective d’étude, d’analyse et de compréhension des phénomènes de froissement et de dé-froissement de tissus en coton et en lin. L’étude porte sur la conduite expérimentale du dé-froissement hydro-thermique, qualifié dans le langage courant de repassage de vêtement.
