This research aims to test the effect of Work Engagement on Performance Through Employee Satisfaction Mediation of PT Pertamina Lubricants Production Unit Gresik. The sample consisted of 145 respondents in the mandays section using the formula Slovin and had vulnerable characteristics aged 21-50 years and had a minimum of one year of work. This sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling because it is taken only the mandays. The analysis used Structural Equating Modelling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using questionnaires in hardcopy.
