BackgroundMixed gangliocytoma-adenoma (MGA) is a rare tumor of pituitary gland. It’s difficult to distinguish it from pituitary adenoma by clinical manifestations, imaging features or serological testing. Thus, the histopathological examination is still the golden standard for diagnosis.
