(A, B) CT26 cells were transfected with β-catenin overexpression plasmid. The protein levels of β-catenin and β-actin were detected by Western blot analysis. (C, D) The HT22 cells were treated with or without Aβ1–42 (40 μM) and co-cultured with CT26 cells transfected with β-catenin overexpression or control plasmid.
