IntroductionOsteosarcoma (OS) is a highly aggressive bone malignancy with a poor prognosis, mainly in children and adolescents. Immunogenic cell death (ICD) is classified as a type of programmed cell death associated with the tumor immune microenvironment, prognosis, and immunotherapy.
