The effect of entrepreneurship motivation and fear on entrepreneurship tendencies: a research on afyon kocatepe university students

Bu çalışmanın amacı girişimci olma motivasyonu ve korkularının girişimci olma eğilimi üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Girişimci olma motivasyonu ve korkularının girişimci olma eğilimi üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla Afyonkarahisar ilinde Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi öğrencileri üzerinde araştırma yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda girişimci olma motivasyonunun girişimci olma eğilimi üzerinde pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu, Girişimci olma Korkularının ise girişimci olma eğilimi üzerinde negatif yönde ve anlamlı bir ilişkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir.The aim of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and fears on the tendency to become entrepreneurs. In order to reveal the effect of motivation and fear of being an entrepreneur on the tendency to be an entrepreneur, a researc2h was conducted on Afyon Kocatepe University students in Afyonkarahisar. In line with the findings obtained as a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the motivation to be an entrepreneur has a positive and significant effect on the tendency to be an entrepreneur, while the Fear of being an entrepreneur has a negative and significant relationship on the tendency to be an entrepreneur
