This study aimed to determine whether the FI-Lab is associated with mortality risk and can provide incremental improvements in risk stratification of patients with critical acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Materials and methodsWe conducted a secondary analysis of data from the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care (MIMIC)-IV database.
