In 2016, many judicial developments on GMOs can be reviewed. Among them, some is introducing new questions. That is the case of Judgment of the General Court of 15 December 2016 TestBioTech eV and Others v. European Commission because the applicants seek the annulment of the European Commission’s decision refusing to review its Decision granting a market authorisation to Monsanto Europe SA for its genetically modified soybean “ MON 87701 × MON 89788”.
