Objective: Based on a theoretical analysis and through working practice, this paper presents the experience of the scientific use of the manpower demand prediction method and practical process of specialised business assistants in clinical departments. Methods: A spot observation, interview and public information inquiry were conducted, and SPSS20.0 Chinese software was used to make a statistical prediction of the business growth (P & LT; 0.05).
