International audienceBACKGROUND: Cytoreductive surgery and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) achieve good results in selected patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis. High intra-abdominal pressure could enhance the penetration of chemotherapy drugs.
