Experiments in Cultures of Equality grows out of the six GlobalGRACE (Global Gender and Cultures of Equality) research projects (2017-2022) in Bangladesh, Brazil, Mexico, Philippines, South Africa and the United Kingdom. We worked with creative and arts-based methods to support, strengthen and reimagine what decolonising gender inequalities might look, sound and feel like. Together with local partners, we used our creative and critical resources to help expand and deepen existing creative activism in each of the regions.
