In this work we investigated the influence of light intensity and ammonium chloride feeding time on the main kinetic parameters of Spirulina platensis growth by the Responde Surface Methodology. In particular, the maximum cell concentration, nitrogen-to-cell conversion yield and cell productivity were used as response variables
