Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is the behavior of someone who performs tasks outside of their main duties without expecting rewards for schools effectiveness. So far there have been many studies that discuss related to OCB. However, there are still gaps in the discussion of OCB, especially those describing OCB in elementary school teachers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe OCB in elementary school teachers in the dimensions of altruism dan civic virtue, sportsmanship and courtesy, an conscientiousness dimensions.
