Kejahatan Terhadap Kemerdekaan Orang Analisis Yuridis terhadap Putusan Nomor 179/Pid.B/2019/PN TIk dan Nomor 19/Pid.B/2020/PN TIk

Crime or criminality is one form of "deviant acts" in people's lives that are still very attached. One of them is a crime against people's freedom which focuses on acts with threats of violence.The act of deviation is a real threat to social norms that are fundamental to life and social order that can cause tension in ongoing life. The purpose of this research is to find out the element of error in the decision and to know the basis of the judge's consideration in making the decision. The method used in this study is a normative juridical method with the results presented in the form of descriptive analysis. The data collection in this study was carried out using the Library Research method. From this research, the truth was obtained about what actually happened in cases with threats of violence from the public prosecutor's indictment, witness statements, suspect statements, and other evidence. The verdict handed down to the defendant has reached conformity with the provisions of the legislation in force. Which has strongly demonstrated the truth of the juridical considerations that have been made, supported by the judge's conviction so that it can support the judge in imposing a sentence
