The aim of this study was to investigate the association of meteorological factors to the occurrence of myocardial infarction in patients with multivessel coronary atherosclerosis in the North. 337 consecutive patients (278 men and 59 women), mean age 53,7 ± 8,9 years, with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with ST-segment elevation were examined. In 188 patients (57.0 %) has been revealed multivessel coronary artery disease.
