The PhD study is focused on synthesis of mixed vanadium-titanium oxo-alkoxy (VTOA) nanoparticles with size and composition control, preparation of photocatalytic coatings of these nanoparticles and study of their photocatalytics properties. The synthesis was carried out via sol-gel method in a laboratory chemical reactor with ultra-rapid micromixing. The particles size was monitored in-situ using dynamic/static light scattering methods. At relatively low vanadium content =10 mol% the analysis showed the nucleation of mixed VTOA particles of 2.1 nm radius.
