The goal of this thesis is to build a single photon source tunable in telecom O-band based on carbon nanotube as emitters. These self-assembled nanostructures are easy to produce, usable at room temperature and, they can be electrically stimulated. In addition, their photoluminescence extraction is not limited by internal reflections. However, their emission is very sensitive to their environment and their quantum yield is quite low. It is crucial to understand the interaction between nanotubes and their surroundings to design a stable source in terms of wavelength and intensity.
