Information on crops health, state and development are valuable for agriculture. Phenotyping is the study of these characteristics and one of the major is leaf surface measure as it gives numerous indication on the plant health and development. Using new sensors, it is now possible to get repeatable and non-destructive measures contrary to actual methods. First in this thesis, I present our point clouds data obtained in conditions close to the open-fields. Second, architectural measures on different organs of the plants are then obtained. Then a method to create synthetic point clouds is developed and acquisition on a maize crop in a greenhouse with reference measures are produced.
