[[abstract]]A successful information and communications technology (ICT) construction project serves as a substantial reference for the promotion of related industries. However, in the past, only a few theoretical studies have been produced. Based on the network architecture of the actors, this case study attempts to explore the socio-technical interaction trajectory in Fuxing Township, Taoyuan County as an illustrative example for achieving a large-scale construction in Taiwan.
