However, overdispersion in the γ-H2AX foci cell distribution is generally reported. This make it difficult to use this biomarker to assess non-homogenoeus exposures. The data of this research aims to evaluate: A) the possible differences in the radiosensitivity of the different cell subtypes present in the PBMCs, and B) to evaluate the distribution of γ-H2AX foci per cell in each cell subtype. Peripheral blood samples from three healthy donors were obtained to separate total PBMCs, and CD3+, C4+, CD8+, CD19+, and CD56+ cells. ...
