International audienceThis paper presents practical and theoretical guidelines for the development of treebanks for spoken languages in the UD and SUD annotation schemes. We discuss text-sound alignment, segmentation into "sentences", use of "punctuation", paradigmatic lists, disfluencies, and paratactic constructions.
