This dissertation addresses the question of the acquisition of professional experience by beginning teachers in the first degree. We analyze my teaching activity during a Physical Education session via the paradigm of situated action. This theoretical model seeks to apprehend the reality of the actor's activity, in this case the beginning teacher. To reveal this activity, we apply the method of self-confrontation interviews highlighting several aspects of the activity - the visible activity, the preoccupations, the frame of reference, the interpretation that one makes of it afterwards - to then discuss them with a view to gainingprofessional experience.
