Platyproctus omani: Gnezdilov, 2021: 301. Material examined: Kerman Province: 4♀ ♂ Jiroft, 22 km N. Kahnuj, 580m, 16.v.1977, Safavi / Pazuki leg. (HMIM). Sistan & Baluchestan province: 1♂ Khash-Sardarya Rd., 28º37′38.7″N, 61º00′56.3″E, 22.iv. 2012, 2583m, Mozaffarian leg. (HMIM) Notes: The species was originally described from Pilani, region of Rajasthan in northern India (Kameswara Rao et Ramakrishnan, 1983). This is a new record of this species for the Iranian fauna.
