SYNONYMS: caldwelli, dohrni, episcopus, hirsutus, siamensis. COMMENTS: Includes episcopus and hirsutus; see Ellerman and Morrison-Scott (1951:122) and Tate (1943:2). Corbet and Hill (1980:48) listed hirsutus as a distinct species without comment.Published as part of Karl F.
