SURESOFT is a project at TU Braunschweig aiming to increase the sustainability of research software. During this project we have adopted techniques from the software engineering discipline and created a reusable infrastructure that helps researchers to distribute and ensure the reproducibility of their software. One of these principles is Test-driven development (TDD). TDD is the practice of writing a failed test before implementing the actual program code that passes it, and finally cleaning up the solution in a continuous cycle.
