(Galapagos Isis.). COMMENT: Closely related to bauri; subgenus Oryzomys; see Gardner and Patton, 1976, Occas. Pap. Mus. Zool. La. St. Univ., 49:16. O. galapagoensis is a synonym of bauri (ALG).
