In the second part of the COST Action TU0701, the Working Group 1 was following the Task 5 memorandum indication. This means that the group has worked on collecting representative case studies from the countries involved in the Action, and investigated methods for the improvement of aesthetic, functional and technological solutions in order to monitor European trends of existing residential building refurbishment strategies
