Occurs in India, Malay Archipelago, Solomons, New Guinea, New Hebrides, Fiji, Samoa, Society Islands. This moth was reared quite abundantly from caterpillars found feeding in decaying leaves at base of rice plants at Inarajan, June 8, Swezey; in grass, Piti, May 22, 31, and at light, Aug. 9, Swezey; Sasa, June 22, collected in fallow rice field, Swezey.Published as part of Swezey, O.
