Taxonomic analysis of four genera of calcareous algae found in the upper Eocene (Priabonian) shallow water carbonate successions belonging to the Calcare di Nago formation (Lake Garda, northeastern Italy). Three genera belong to the Corallinales (Rhodophyta) and one to Halimedaceae (green algae)
