Semantic Web technologies enable challenging and novel applications, but come with two major drawbacks. Modelling tools are mainly designed for use by ontology experts but not for end user, who do not think in terms of concepts, instances or properties. Building ontologies is difficult and time consuming, as reuse of ontologies is limited. An argument often heard is that for the new application only part of the existing ontologies could be reused while other parts do not reflect the view of the new application. In this work we propose the use of semantic and ontology in the e-Government and think of solutions that can help people through the distributed ontologie
