(Tarqui, Province of Azuay, Ecuador) REMARKS.—This is a small (body length 14 mm) primarily piceous species with nine apical cells in the fore wings (Goding 1925). DISTRIBUTION.—The species has been reported only from Ecuador (Metcalf 1963c).
